Crock Pot Recipes
2.5 lb Chicken Thighs
1 Bottled Thyme Chicken Jus
½ cup Heavy Cream
5 oz Prosciutto – small dice (substitute bacon)
10oz Green Peas
2 cup Farfalle Pasta- cooked
1 Onion – small dice
Salt & Pepper to liking
Season the chicken with salt & pepper.In your crock pot, combine chicken, prosciutto, onion, Chicken Jus.Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the heavy cream, peas.In the meantime, you can start cooking your pasta.
Remove the chicken thighs and allow to cool for a moment.Remove the skin and bone, then shred using a fork.Return the chicken to the crock pot.
Add the pasta to the sauce, mix until the pasta and sauce is well incorporated.Serve and enjoy.
